Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with leasing duties including showing apartments and preparing leases.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and coworkers.
• Manage service requests and work orders efficiently.
• Conduct inspections of vacant apartments and common areas.
• Support the eviction process and handle late rent communications.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic mathematical concepts.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts.

Physical & Work Environment:

• Regularly walk the property and climb stairs.
• Work in a controlled climate with low to moderate noise levels.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Use personal mobile devices for work-related communication.
