Exagen is a patient-focused and discovery-driven life sciences company dedicated to transforming the care continuum for patients suffering from debilitating and chronic autoimmune diseases. The APAT representative is responsible for all functions within the Patient collections department for a growing diagnostics company. The APAT department is a call center environment where Primary duties include outbound and inbound patient calls which include providing information about Exagens unique AVISE testing and securing patient payments. Representatives are required to maintain confidentiality adhering to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations as well as perform other duties as deemed by management.
Location note: The schedule for this position has a hybrid schedule of on-site Monday Wednesday and Thursday and work from home Tuesday and Friday. Working hours will align with one of the following schedules: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Pay range: $22 - $25 per hour
