Job Description

About Turbine Finance

Turbine Finance is solving venture capital’s biggest problem by building the liquidity layer for private markets.

We are a Series A fintech company transforming how investors access capital in venture capital and private equity. By combining structured credit expertise with proprietary data and technology, Turbine delivers asset backed lending solutions to LPs, GPs, family offices, and institutional investors.

Our platform brings transparency, speed, and precision to a historically opaque market unlocking liquidity against high quality private assets. Backed by leading investors including Alpha Edison, TTV Capital, B Capital, Fin Capital, and Sozo Ventures, and supported by an advisory board with senior leaders from SoFi, DoubleLine, and Spring Labs, we are scaling rapidly.

  • Ensure high quality communication and information flow across the company
  • Support loan operations, underwriting workflows, and portfolio monitoring processes

Why This Role

  • Direct access to founders and full visibility into company building at a Series A fintech
  • Broad exposure to venture capital, capital markets, product, and operations
  • Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and grow into a senior leadership role
