Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to support clients with planning, organizing, and managing personalized experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, problem-solving, and providing high-quality customer support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

No prior industry experience is required. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and service coordination

  • Provide clear, timely, and professional communication via email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Research and present customized options based on client preferences and needs

  • Manage client records, requests, and follow-ups

  • Coordinate changes, updates, and special requests as needed

  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and attention to detail
