Texas License Required | Team-Based Presentations | Work Directly with Regional Manager
We are hiring ONLY currently licensed life insurance agents in the State of Texas for a team-based, in-person presentation model in the Dallas–Fort Worth area .
Applicants MUST hold an ACTIVE Texas Life Insurance License.
Unlicensed candidates will not be considered.
Must be currently licensed to sell life insurance in Texas
License must be active and in good standing
We are not accepting applicants who plan to obtain a license later
If you do not already hold a Texas life insurance license , please do not apply.
Working side-by-side with the Regional Manager for the Dallas–Fort Worth, TX area
Collaborating with other licensed agents as part of a team
Conducting short, structured presentations to qualified individuals
Meeting prospects in pre-arranged, professional settings
Following up one-on-one with interested participants
Helping clients select appropriate life insurance solutions
This is not cold calling, door knocking, or solo selling.
Currently licensed Texas life insurance agents ONLY
Agents located in or near Dallas–Fort Worth
Comfortable speaking to small groups
Team-oriented and professional
Reliable, coachable, and consistent
Competitive commissions with renewals
Multiple top-rated carriers (non-captive)
Proven presentation system
Direct support and guidance from the DFW Regional Manager
Ongoing training and team collaboration
