Salary:  USD 110,000 to 130,000 per annum (tax-free)

ABOUT THE ROLE

A senior leadership opportunity for a strategic HR executive to serve as head of department, overseeing all people operations and driving a high-performance culture. This is a hands-on role with full departmental ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all HR functions: talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance
• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team on organizational planning and workforce strategy
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with operational goals and luxury service standards
• Drive succession planning, L&D programs, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local labor law and international HR best practices
• Partner with department heads on staffing, culture, and employee matters

REQUIREMENTS

• 7 to 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 3 or more years at the director level
• International experience required; Caribbean experience strongly desired
• Pre-opening experience is advantageous
• Luxury hotel experience required
• Strong command of multi-jurisdictional labor law and HR compliance
• Proven people leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English required; additional languages an asset
