Job Overview

Alpha Reserve & Events is looking for a motivated, organized, and outgoing Event Space Manager to help grow and manage our event venue business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, networking, event planning, and building relationships with clients.

The Event Space Manager will be responsible for promoting the venue, securing bookings, communicating with clients, and coordinating event details from inquiry through event completion. Compensation is commission-based, with the manager earning 15% of each total booking fee.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote Alpha Reserve & Events to potential clients and businesses
• Generate leads and secure event bookings
• Manage social media, community outreach, and venue promotion efforts
• Respond to inquiries and schedule venue tours
• Communicate with clients throughout the booking process
• Coordinate event logistics and organize details with clients prior to events
• Maintain booking calendars and event schedules
• Build relationships with vendors, community organizations, and local businesses
• Ensure a positive and professional client experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in marketing, event planning, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred
• Comfortable networking and building client relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Social media and marketing experience is a plus
• Must be detail-oriented and professional

Compensation

• 15% commission on the total booking fee for all booked events
