General Production Worker – Electronic Assembly

What You’ll Do

As an Electronic Assembly Worker, you will play a key role in building high-quality, precision components. Your work directly contributes to products used in critical industries.

• Assemble electronic switches and components using small parts and detailed instructions
• Place components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with accuracy and care
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Organize materials and maintain a clean, efficient workstation
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and reliability standards are met
• Follow safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures
• Work independently while maintaining steady productivity and focus
• Meet daily production goals and contribute to team success

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
• Good hand–eye coordination and comfort working with small parts
• Ability to use basic hand tools safely
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Willingness to work overtime (currently 50–60 hours per week)
• Comfortable standing for most of the shift with some seated work

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience with electronic assembly or manufacturing
• Soldering experience or certification
• Familiarity with pick-and-place processes
• Ability to read diagrams or assembly instructions

Work Environment & Schedule

• Manufacturing facility with individual workstations
• Mix of sitting and standing throughout the day

Shifts Available:

• First Shift: ~6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (flexible start at 5:30 AM)

Overtime: Currently 3–4 hours daily, totaling 50–60 hours per week

Safety procedures are in place to ensure a secure and comfortable workplace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Grange, IL.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
