Job Description
This role supports a specialized production facility that manufactures packaging systems for labware, test kits, vials, and surgical kits used in the medical field. As a General Production Worker, you coordinate activities on the conveyor line, organize work orders at load and unload stations, and help ensure safe, accurate, and efficient processing of products. You complete required documentation, support the safe operation of the system, and report directly to a shift or process supervisor while occasionally overseeing plant operations in their absence.

Work Environment
The facility operates in a non-climate-controlled environment, with heating and cooling units positioned throughout the floor to support comfort. The production area features two conveyor systems where employees load and unload totes onto pallets as part of the packaging process. The team is relatively small, with around 30 employees, fostering a close-knit, family-oriented atmosphere. Standard work attire includes safety glasses and steel-toe shoes, and certain branded clothing such as hoodies and T-shirts is provided for use at work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
