• Monday – Thursday, 9:00AM – 4:00PM; Friday, 9:00AM – 1:00PM

ROLE IMPACT
This internship supports the Airport Relations and Community Engagement team by strengthening connections between the airport and its stakeholders. The Intern I will assist with outreach initiatives, event coordination, and research projects that enhance communication, transparency, and community partnerships. Success in this role means delivering accurate materials, supporting well-executed events, and maintaining organized stakeholder data that improves engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in site visits and meetings with tenants, concessionaires, community members, and stakeholders
• Assist with event planning, community meetings, and outreach activities
• Conduct research on aviation industry trends, airport marketing, and communications best practices
• Prepare presentations and communication materials for internal and external audiences
• Compile and maintain accurate contact lists and stakeholder databases for notification and outreach projects
Minimum Qualifications
• Current high school junior or senior in good academic standing pursuing aviation, communications, community engagement, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and public officials

Preferred Skills
• Prior work or volunteer experience in community engagement, outreach, real estate, or a professional office environment
