Investor Relations / Marketing Associate (Real Estate)

Growing real estate investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations / Marketing professional to support capital raising initiatives, investor engagement, and marketing activities across the platform.

Responsibilities:

Support fundraising initiatives and investor outreach efforts
Coordinate investor communications, follow-ups, and relationship management
Assist with pitch decks, offering materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns
Help execute brand positioning and investor engagement strategies
Track investor activity and maintain CRM systems and pipeline updates
Partner with leadership on capital raise initiatives and strategic marketing efforts

Qualifications:

Approximately 7–10 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising support, marketing, real estate, private equity, or investment management
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Experience supporting capital raising or investor engagement activities preferred
Understanding of real estate investments and investment concepts
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High-visibility opportunity with strong growth potential supporting an entrepreneurial and expanding real estate investment platform.
