Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Office Assistant. This role will support daily administrative tasks, coordination, and internal operations for a growing U.S.-based organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to emails and assist with internal communication
  • Organize documents, files, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative processes
  • Coordinate virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Support managers with daily administrative needs
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Assist with basic customer or internal inquiries

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • 0–2 years of experience in admin, customer service, retail, or support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
