WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ENTRY LEVEL OFFICE ASSISTANT

  • JR Law Group seeks an energetic, efficient and organized Office Assistant to support our firm’s Office Manager.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, with a penchant for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in MS Office software applications: Word, Excel and Outlook a plus
  • No experience necessary. This is an entry level position for candidates who present with an eagerness to learn and grow

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with the Office Manager and support her in a wide range of tasks and to serve as a liaison between her and the team and clients. Assist with various front-office operations and administrative tasks in support of her to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
