Are you an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in accounting, payroll, and administrative operations? A fast growing, full service trade show booth builder in North Las Vegas is seeking a reliable and detail oriented professional to support daily office functions and keep operations running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands on environment, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient office.
Responsibilities
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Perform daily reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with Union staff reporting (headcount of 5–10 employees)
• Process weekly payroll using the PAYCOM payroll system
• Provide administrative and clerical support, including filing, organizing, and special projects
• Collaborate with the company’s CPA for quarterly reporting and tax related documentation
• Support general office operations to improve workflow and productivity
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Office Manager, Accounting Clerk, or Administrative Operations role
• Above average proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Understanding of quarterly tax filings and reconciliation processes
• Stable job history (employment gaps should be explainable)
• High level of business maturity, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and work a standard daytime schedule
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay
$25.00 per hour

Full Time
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
