Job Description/ Responsibilities :

This role involves leveraging expertise in Oracle Performance Tuning and Oracle Golden Gate to optimize database systems and ensure seamless data replication. The Technology Specialist will work in a hybrid model, focusing on enhancing system efficiency and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
- Optimize database performance by analyzing and tuning Oracle systems to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability. - Implement Oracle Golden Gate solutions to enable seamless data replication across multiple environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve database-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. - Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate routine database tasks and improve operational efficiency. - Monitor database systems proactively to identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective measures. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on Oracle Performance Tuning and Oracle Golden Gate best practices. - Design and implement strategies to enhance database security and ensure compliance with organizational standards. - Conduct regular performance assessments and generate reports to highlight areas for improvement and track progress. - Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into existing systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. - Support the development and deployment of new database features and functionalities as per project requirements. - Ensure all database solutions align with the companys goals and contribute to its mission of delivering high-quality services.

Certifications Required
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Database Administration or Oracle Golden Gate Certification.
