Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable Order Fulfillment Specialist to support warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick and pack customer orders based on order specifications
* Prepare, label, and stage shipments for outbound delivery
* Verify order accuracy and inspect items before shipment
* Maintain organized inventory and work areas
* Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
* Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree a plus)
* Previous administrative, coordination, or logistics experience preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Basic computer skills (Excel, email, internal systems)
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Reliable and detail-oriented
