Outbound Sales Representative - Insurance Sales Trainee

Tony Castle Farmers Insurance Agency in Lubbock, TX is hiring an  Outbound Sales Representative - Insurance Sales Trainee to join our growing sales team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is hungry, reliable, and ready to build a real career in insurance sales. You will start by making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and transferring interested customers to licensed insurance agents.

For the right person, this role is a stepping stone into a licensed Insurance Sales Agent position with the opportunity to earn $50,000 - $90,000+ per year.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Use our dialer system to connect with leads
• Follow scripts and sales processes
• Identify interested prospects and transfer them to licensed agents
• Meet daily and weekly call and transfer goals
• Learn insurance products, sales language, and customer needs
• Build toward becoming a licensed Insurance Sales Agent

What We’re Looking For

• No prior insurance experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Important Details

This is an in-office position at our Lubbock office. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
