We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our fulfillment team. You will be the final set of eyes on our products before they head out to customers, ensuring that every box is packed with care and accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Locate and pull products (rice cookers, food steamers, etc.) from warehouse shelves using digital pick lists or RF scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for any visible damage or defects before packing.
- Packing: Securely box items using appropriate protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling: Create and apply accurate shipping labels and documentation.
- Inventory: Help maintain an organized warehouse and assist with periodic inventory counts.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace.

Responsibilities
As a picker packer you will be responsible for finding and collecting merchandise in a warehouse and prepare the items for shipment to customers. May use a computer or scanner to check inventory and locate items. You will load items onto dollies or conveyer belts to move them throughout the distribution center, and assemble packages for shipping. You will also inspect merchandise, stock, categorize, count and tag inventory. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
