We do more than record transactions, we partner with practice leaders and AD operators to understand what is happening in the business, why it is happening, and what to do next. This role is a core part of AD’s service offering to supported practices, translating accounting into actionable operational and financial decisions.
Position Overview
The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of a portfolio of dental practices from accounting execution to practice-level financial insights and decision support. You will own the financial “story” of your practices: ensuring accurate accounting, producing clear performance reporting, identifying trends and risks, and partnering with operations and practice leadership on initiatives that improve profitability, cash flow, and scalability.
This role blends accounting fundamentals (close, reconciliations, accuracy) with finance/business partnering (analysis, recommendations, performance management). The ideal candidate is organized, analytically strong, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
