This position leads and aligns technical and project management teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions while maintaining excellence in design, scope management, scheduling, and financial performance. The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping team culture, developing talent, strengthening client relationships, and advancing the firm’s strategic objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence practice growth, mentor future leaders, and contribute meaningfully to long-term business planning and success.
