JOB TITLE: Production Services Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Production Services Engineer (REQ# 200652074) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Manage and maintain Apple’s large fleet of data systems running on Linux. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. Collaborate with teams to analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes. Provide effective technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction. Improve processes and enhancing system reliability and security, and developing documentation. Monitor system health, performance, and resource usage. Apply system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep the systems compliant. Provide on-call support for critical system issues.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $178,202 - $213,700/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
