Insight Global is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter for a growing, fast-paced organization. This individual will support the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screens, and handling a variety of recruiting-related tasks. The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and eager to build a long-term career in recruiting, with clear growth opportunities and exposure to international hiring efforts. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to quickly become a key contributor on the team.

Skills and Requirements
Entry-level recruiting or talent acquisition experience (or strong interest in recruiting)
Ability to source candidates across multiple channels
Comfortable conducting initial candidate screens
Highly motivated, hungry, and eager to grow
Personable with strong communication skills
Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks as needed
Flexibility to travel internationally (Europe) as required - Additional recruiting or staffing agency experience
Experience supporting senior recruiters or leadership
Exposure to international recruiting or global teams
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience using ATS or sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
