Account Executive – Inbound Sales

At Guardian Tax, clients are already reaching out for help before you ever pick up the phone. You'll be speaking with individuals actively seeking assistance with tax debt and IRS issues—your role is to guide the conversation, present solutions clearly, and help them move toward resolution.

This is a fully inbound phone-based sales role. No cold calling, no prospecting, and no lead chasing. Every call comes in with intent, so your focus stays on communication, problem-solving, and closing.

Compensation & Earnings

• 15% uncapped commission on closed deals
• Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses
• Average earnings: $7,000–$13,000/month
• Top performers: $15,000+ per month
• Paid training and ongoing support

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief
• Understanding each client's financial situation and needs
• Presenting clear, tailored solutions
• Managing objections and guiding conversations forward
• Closing deals while maintaining a strong client experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and phone sales skills
• Experience in high-volume or performance-based sales environments
• Confidence handling objections and driving conversations
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured sales setting
• Coachable with a strong desire to improve and perform

Backgrounds That Do Well Here

• Phone-based sales (inbound or outbound)
• High-volume call center environments
• Inside sales or commission-based roles
• Tax relief, debt settlement, or financial services sales
• B2B sales or appointment-setting experience
• Other performance-driven sales roles with quotas or targets
• College graduates looking to start or build a career in sales
• Athletes or former athletes with a competitive, disciplined mindset
• Individuals comfortable closing over the phone in a structured process

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Friday, plus one half-day Saturday per month
• Full-time, in-office role in Irvine
• Weekly onboarding for fast starters
