JOB OPENING: Cafe MANAGER

JOB TITLE: Café Manager 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Minimum 16 years of age

• Strong work ethic

• Prior restaurant leadership preferred 

EXPERIENCE:  

• Food service leadership preferred

• Supervisory leadership preferred 

KNOWLEDGE:  

• Familiar with all food service and handling procedures

• Familiar with cash handling and funds auditing

• Familiar with ordering product and working with vendors

• Overall leadership and management of the food service

PRIMARY DUTIES:  

• Assist with all operations related to water park operation and food service

• Cleanliness of café, both inside and out, in regards to excellent hygiene and service

• Ensure excellent customer service for all patrons

• Ordering of product and supplies from food vendors and other suppliers

• Overall operation of the café and food service at the water park

• Supervision of staff, including training and performance issues       

SECONDARY DUTIES:  

• Supervise entire staff employed by the water park

• Lead team members through instruction and by example

• Ensure safety in all areas of the cafe 

RESPONSIBLE TO:  

• Water Park Director and Parks and Recreation Director
