We are seeking a trained Paralega l with experience in a corporate or legal setting. Personal injury and/or insurance defense litigation experience preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with responses to civil discovery requests, drafting legal correspondence and documents, drafting legal agreements, and organization and maintenance of files. The candidate will also support the regulatory affairs team in the management of state licenses, preparing annual reports, and related compliance matters.
This position is based in our Charlotte, NC or Las Vegas, NV office.
